What we collect. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile photo. When you list a channel we store the public channel details we fetch (name, logo, subscriber count). For KYC we store the country, ID document photos and a short face video you upload. We keep chat messages, deals, payments references (UTR / transaction IDs) and wallet records.
How we use it. To run your account, show your listings, verify sellers, process deals and payments, prevent fraud (for example blocking contact details in chat) and provide support.
Who can see it. KYC documents and face videos are private — only DigiFlix staff can open them. Chats are visible to the people in the chat and to DigiFlix staff for safety. We never sell your data.
Google data. DigiFlix uses Google Sign-In only to identify you (name, email, photo). We do not access any other Google data.
Deletion. Email support@digiflix.co.in to delete your account and data.
